ZYD series Product Main Operation procedures
1. Preparation Before Operation
Check the power supply, voltage, wiring, and ground connection.
Check oil level of vacuum pump, ensure no leakage.
Confirm all valves, pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, and temperature controllers are normal.
Clean the oil inlet pipeline and prepare the waste oil tank / clean oil tank.
2. Startup Procedure
Open the oil inlet valve and oil outlet valve properly.
Turn on the vacuum pump to build up vacuum inside the machine.
Start the oil pump to let oil enter the system slowly.
Turn on the heater and set temperature (normally 50–70°C).
Observe oil flow through sight glass; ensure stable oil level in vacuum chamber.
3. Normal Working Process
Oil flows through the primary filter to remove large particles.
Heated oil enters the vacuum separator, where water and gas are vaporized and removed.
Oil passes through secondary and fine filters to remove micro impurities.
Clean oil is discharged to clean oil tank or injected into transformer.
Monitor vacuum degree, temperature, pressure, and oil level during operation.
4. Shutdown Procedure
Turn off the heater first.
Keep vacuum pump and oil pump running for 5–10 minutes to drain remaining oil.
Stop the oil pump, then stop the vacuum pump.
Open the air release valve to break vacuum.
Close all valves, cut off power supply.
Drain condensed water from water tank.
5. Daily Maintenance
Clean or replace filter elements regularly according to pressure difference.
Check vacuum pump oil and replenish in time.
Wipe the machine, keep pipelines clean and tight.
