1. Introduction & Application
FUOOTECH's ISO certified DST-2000 Transformer Oil Density Testing Equipment for liquid petroleum products is designed and made as per national standard GB/T 1884-2000 "Test Methods for Density of Petroleum and Liquid Petroleum Products (Densimeter methods)" and ASTM D1298: Standard Test Method for Density, Relative Density, or API Gravity of Crude Petroleum and Liquid Petroleum Products by Hydrometer Method.

This Oil Densitometer is widely applied to determine the density of liquid petroleum products such as lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, diesel fuel, transformer oil etc.

2. Working principle

This oil density test instrument according to the method of GB / T 1884-2000 requirements heater is controlled by the CPU, a refrigerator of the water bath temperature control, blue LCD display state, temperature and setting value. When the water bath temperature reaches the set value, the sample into a temperature of approximately the same density measuring cylinder, will be suitable density meter into the modulated temperature in the sample, let it rest. When the temperature reaches equilibrium, the reading density meter reading and sample temperature, using the oil meter to observe the density meter readings converted into standard density.
