FUOOTECH's FTY-P Series Online Portable Coalescing and Vacuum Steam Turbine Oil Purifier adopts the latest technology, which integrates gravity, sedimentation, reunion, vacuum separation, adsorption, separation and pressure filtration into one. With super strong demulsification, dehydration, deaeration, and impurity removal capabilities, it is great equipment for processing turbine oil, wheel oil, low viscosity lubricating oil and hydraulic oil.

4. Features

1). Coalescing filter integrates the free and dissolved water from small molecule to big drop, then separation filter remove the water drop by gravity, falling into the water tank. It removes the particles by stages of filters and cleanness up to NAS grade 6.

2). Trace moisture is removed by high vacuum separating system.

3). The pipelines and tank of the purifier can be stainless steel or carbon steel.

4). Oil / water interface detector is used to monitor water level and discharge water automatically.

5). The electric system is controlled by PLC (with touch screen) , the working conditions of all the parts are displayed clearly, monitoring, alarming, action control and safety stop enable the oil filtration machine to run online.

6). Germany brand oil pump has good sealing quality, low noise and long service life.

7). On-line oil purification can be carried out with turbine or water turbine automatically without any person.

8). Multilayer filtration can remove the impurities through coarse filter, protecting filter, and fine filer. Granularity test is good to achieve NAS6.
