1. Introduction and Application
The oil used for lubrication system of turbine generators need maintenance and treatment because it may be mixed with air, water and impurities. Otherwise, it will speed up oil quality turning bad or break down the adjuster and protection system, damage the plain journal bearing, and influence the whole machine running.
Our Series FTY vacuum turbine lube oil Filtration & Dehydration Machine is specially designed for purifying various unqualified turbine oil (such as ISO – VG – 46, 32, 68, etc.) from steam turbine system, gas turbine system & Fans, especially for serious emulsion turbine oil, it can quickly and efficiently break emulsification, separate water, gas, particles from oil. So that makes sure quality of treated oil to achieve new oil's standard, ensure whole turbine system work safely.

1). Integrates advantages of gravity method, gasification method, coalescence separation method, vacuum separation, mechanical filtration into one. With the technology of vacuum drying and demulsification, it can separate a large mount of water from the oil, even the micro quantity of moisture. It is good at dewatering and demulsifying, which can make the turbid emulsified oil become clear;
2). Equipped with vacuum analytical evaporation system which can remove the micro quantity of water from the oil and ensure the water content index in the oil. It won't change the physical and chemical property of the oil, and it can extend the oil service life;

After a certain period of running, the machine should be checked to see whether:
1) The electrical control system is safe and reliable;
2) The temperature controller is sensitive, reliable and accurate;
3) Oil seals of the pump shaft are broken with leakage;
4) There is any blockage with the running system and any abnormal noise with pumps or related motors;
5) There is any air or oil leakage with the oil running system and at sealing joints.
If the machine will not be used over one month, place the machine in a dry environment with the panel door and all valves closed, and the machine proper protected by a covering.
