1. Introduction and Application

COP series Vacuum Cooking Oil Filtration Machine is mainly used for purifying UCO used cooking oil, vegetable oil, KFC oil, edible oil, rape oil, sesame oil, peanut oil, coconut oil, beam oil, kitchen oil, bio-diesel oil, plant oil, wood oil etc. It is an ideal purification machine for fried food factory, oil restaurant, cooking oil factory, vegetable oil factory, and waste oil collecting store.

COP Series cooking oil purification machine is also a pre-treatment process of producing biodiesel, helping clients clean the used cooking oils by removing particles, water content, gas content, etc…

This cooking oil filter machine is also installed a Plate Pressure system as extra option to separate the sundry goods, big-size particles and water from the oil quickly and effectively if the oil contains too many particles.

Two primary filters and fine filter combined for removing various sizes of impurities thoroughly. Next, the machine adopts highly vacuum system to dewater and degas. In addition, this machine use stainless steel filter element, it resists the acid in oil strongly. So, the used cooking oil was recycled by machine and become clean.

3. Mainly composed of filters system and vacuum system. All process works under the vacuum condition.

4. Use stainless steel filter element which has a good function in anti-corrosive, of high filtration precision and long service life, with big impurities holding capacity.

5. Special degas and dewater system can separate the trace water, soluble water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology.
