1. Introduction and Application
FUOOTECH FT-FL Series Large-flow Flushing and Filtration System is specially designed for flushing and cleaning the oil system of large-scale equipment.
It is used to completely and quickly remove debris and moisture inside the oil system to ensure safe production and reliable operation of the equipment.

2. Foreword
Generally, the oil pump of the oil system is used for flushing in the past. However, its flow rate is too small to increase the flushing efficiency and to guarantee quality. Since the flushing oil is non-clean oil, and the internal attachments of the system are not easy to loose, therefore the residues still remain in the system after long time flushing by this way, which is affecting the safe and reliable operation of the equipment, and increasing the purification workload during the operation of the equipment.
For example, the oil return pipe of the oil system of a large turbo-generator unit is generally very thick. When the unit is operating normally, the oil in the oil return pipe cannot be full. Therefore, the upper part of the oil pipe has more serious corrosion, especially when the oil contains water. The internal oil pump flushing method will not be able to flush out the corrosives on the upper part of the oil pipe.
In this case, external special flushing and filtration machine can solve this matter due to its high flow rate and high flushing speed (2~3 times the working flow speed of the oil system), which can effectively flush the places that are difficult to flush by the oil flow during normal operation of the equipment, and the flushed oil can be filtered at the same time. The flushing efficiency is high, which can effectively control the cleanliness of the oil system and improve working conditions.

1). The fine oil filter adopts a national patented mechanical drive backwash filter element specially designed for large flow flushing. Reliable operation, strong back-washing ability. More than 70% of the contaminations in the oil can be removed by this filter without replacement and cleaning, therefore it prolongs the service life of the others filter element, reduces the consumables cost, reduces the labor cost and improves work efficiency;
2). Has fast oil delivery and filtration functions, it can transfer the oil between the oil tank and the oil drum;
3). The three functions of flushing only, flushing + fine filtration, flushing + fine filtration + high-precision filtration can be freely selected according to the oil system flushing requirements;
4). The oil drain backflow is included, the residual oil can be quickly discharged when the unit is stopped or under maintenance, and the discharged oil is qualified after filtration;
5). The bottom frame is an oil pan structure to prevent oil from polluting the ground environment during operation or maintenance;
6). All oil pump shaft seals are mechanical ones, ensuring the sealing performance;
