1. Introduction and Application

Series LOP-EX vacuum lubricating oil purifier, designed and produced by FUOOTECH, which can satisfy the requirement of working in inflammable or explosive environment in the industries such as Petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, coal, metallurgy, power plant, etc. Its heating system, electronic control system, motors and solenoid valves are equipped based on ExdⅡBT4 or ExdⅡCT4 classes for various dangerous area needs.

Through its special fittings, Series LOP-EX can effectively remove harmful elements such as water, impurities, gas and volatile mater like ammonia gas NH3 in the industrial lube oil, turbine oil, refrigeration oil, hydraulic oil, etc. so as to improve the oil quality and recover its usability.

2. Working Principle

When the explosion proof oil purifier is operating, the non-treated oil is sucked into the heater through the oil inlet under the effect of vacuum pump. Then the oil flows into the primary filter after heating, where those big size impurities will be filtered. And then the oil will go into the secondary filter to remove fine particle. Oil will be sucked into vacuum separator tank under pressure through spray atomization device. This device can make the oil produce larger aeration area and the residence time of aeration, and fully separate the oil and vapor. The mixed gas formed by water vapor, gas evaporation mostly condenses into liquid through the condenser and stored in the water reservoir, the other small part of non-condensable gas were discharged through the vacuum pump exhaust outlet. The oil free from the water and vapor were transported to the fine filter to remove the tiny impurities in the oil so as to obtain the purification oil ,which completes the whole the purification and filtration process.

1) According to user needs, PLC intelligent controller, touch screen, and frequency converter device (VFD) are optional;

9. Some Notices before Operation

1) This machine should place in the horizontal ground and lay down steadily.

2) This machine is movable which can move to any where indoor as per your require.

3) Before run the machine, must check the whole machine's status carefully, make sure every parts & joints are connected well such as: all screws should be tighten, pipe connections are good, all the wire connections and terminals in the electrical control box are good, etc… (Important!!!)

4) You must choose the correct power, which can support the biggest electric current of the machine.

5) All spare parts of the oil purifier have adjusted before leaving factory. When the product is sent to work point, they must be checked again.

6) Oil purifier is set up stably. The oil inlet is connected with the oil outlet under part of the oil tank. The oil outlet is connected the top of the oil tank.
