1. Introduction

FUOOTECH FT-OL-01 Portable Automatic Type Vacuum Oil Filling and Replenishing Machine is widely used for metering and quantitative filling of oils at site of PT and CT Transformers, and also can be used for online oil filling of transformer oil pillows and OLTC without bubbles.

FT-OL-01 vacuum oil filling system adopts advanced PLC control technology, which is equipped with high-quality & high-precision filters and high-efficiency vacuum pump. It can effectively filter the oil and proceed the evacuation while in operation so as to ensure the quality of supplementary filled oil.

This vacuum oil filling machine has the useful and reliable functions including but not limited to: automatic evacuation, automatic holding of vacuum degree, oil replenishment/filling speed adjustment, oil filling pressure adjustment, and oil pressure over-pressure protection, etc.

2. Application

FT-OL-01 vacuum oil filling machine is a ncessary oil replenishment device that adjusts the oil level of certain CTs and PTs with low oil levels after performing periodic oil sample detection for current and voltage transformers (CT, PT) widely used in power systems.

This machine solves the problem of air absorption inside the CT/PT coil caused by the traditional manual piston type ram pump to press in the oil with nitrogen, or the false oil level caused by the residual air. FT-OL-01 new type vacuum oil injection method does not produce any bubbles during the operation, and there is no need to stop the PT/CT. The machine is small in size, reliable in performance, and easy to operate, which greatly reduces labor intensity and work difficulty, and ensures the safe operation of the equipment.

It is widely used for oil filling and vacuuming in various large and small substations and other appropriate oil replenishment equipment. FT-OL-01 vacuum oil filling machine is mainly composed of special joints, oil pump, oil tank, coarse filter, electric heater, fine filter, liquid level sensor, temperature sensor, vacuum pump, vacuum gauge, valve group and control system.

1). The oil filling speed is designed to set up 4 levels (0.5 L/min, 1.0 L/min, 1.5 L/min, 2.0 L/min), according to the PT/CT transformer style, ambient temperature, oil sampling port structure, commissioning time of the PT/CT, the height of the PT/CT, and whether to fill oil online or offline;

2). Continuously variable circulation air exhaust function, automatic control of circulation speed and pressure through single chip microcomputer, strong environmental adaptability, fast air exhaust speed;

3). Automatic vacuum pumping and automatic holding vacuum degree, which can meet the oil filling requirements of PT / CT transformer online bubble-free;

4). Equipped with a transparent transition joint, which is convenient for PT / CT transformer on-site oil filling observation;

5). With oil pressure overpressure protection function, when the oil pressure exceeds the user's pre-set value, the system will automatically stop working to realize the intelligent protection of both the transformer and the system;

6). With oil filtering function, the high-precision filter can remove tiny impurities and moisture in the oil to ensure the high insulation level of the PT / CT transformer;

7). Equipped with a 5.2-inch large monochromatic LCD screen, full English interface display, real-time displaying the relevant parameters and status during the work process;
