1. Introduction and Application

Series FYZ OLTC (On Load Tap Changer) Insulation Oil Purifier designed and produced by FUOOTECH Group since 2005 is mainly used as a bypass circulation filtering system of OLTC (the transformer high voltage switch.). It can timely filter the oil while the transformer operates normally, or it can automatically filter the oil after switching off the OLTC.

This equipment can efficiently remove the impurities, dissociated free carbon, water and oxides to ensure the quality of oil, thus it can guarantee the oil's insulation, increase the switching times, postpone the repairing period, decrease the power cut off times, ensure the voltage's quality and improve the safety and reliability of the OLTC.

9. Warm Notice on OLTC Transformer oil filtration plant

1) When the oil filter is not full of oil, it is strictly forbidden to start online

2) Before starting, the inlet and outlet valves of the oil filter and the switch must be in an open status

3) After the oil filter is installed or overhauled, the user is required to switch on for trial operation to prevent accidents

4) Never start the equipment when the oil inlet and outlet shut-off valve is closed

5) If it is found that the water content of the oil remains high, even if the alarm is not reported, the cause should be found out, the fault should be eliminated, and the water removal filter element should be replaced if necessary

6) The oil pipes must be cleaned after welding

7) Maure sure the inlet and outlet hoses are connected correctly

8) Make sure the cable connection and input voltage are correct
