1. Introduction and Application

Equipped with PLC system and touch screen, the whole operation of PCS-A Series Fuel Oil Purifier is fully automatic. Automatic controlling type fuel oil purifier system can save labors and running procedures only after press one start-up button.

This light oil filtration equipment integrates high precision filtration, high efficient demulsification and dehydration into one system, can remove large amount of water without heating and has the fastest dehydrating speed . This machine can quickly separate water from oil though the water content reach 50%. The oil cleanness can reach NAS six grade.

PCS-A Series PLC Control oil purification system is popular to be used to filter various fuel oils such as diesel oil, gasoline oil, hydraulic oil and turbine oil.

2. Working Principle

This machine adopt the coalescence separation filter.

The coalescence filter is processed by a variety of composite materials with a special technology, It has the hydrophilic properties. It can not only filter mechanical impurities, but also can separate the emulsified water from the media by breaking, coalescing. It can coalesce into larger droplets to further the purification medium. Oil, water and other liquid droplets are captured by the microfiber in the coalescer, these micron fibers form a tortuous path for the air flow, forcing the solid particles and liquid droplets are captured by microfiber in the inertial impaction, interception and diffusion direct interception,so the surface tension of liquid droplets coalesce into larger droplets due to gravity, and settle to the bottom of the container.

8. Maintenance

1). This machine mainly adopt the mechanical filter ways, progressively minish the density of the filter net, so approach to improve the filter precision. When the machine is operating, the first-grade is easy to be blocked, and then you will find that the capacity of oil outlet is smaller than inlet capacity.

Manage way: Open up the first-grade filter's cover, take out the filter net and clean the net by the same oil, then the machine can work normally again.

2). If the lift is too high during the oil pouring process, it will increase the motor's temperature and the oil pump's noise quickly.

Manage way: (1) The lift according to the requirement. (2) Operate discontinuous

3). Oil pump's noise abnormal

Mange way: (1) Check the oil pump's connecting shaft, and make sure it is concentric (2) Fasten the bolt
