1. Introduction & Application
FTHS Series Gas Recovery and Re-filling Machine designed and produced by FUOOTECH is widely used in SF6 gas insulated electrical equipment factory, use, operation, scientific research departments and so on, to create vacuum for a variety of electrical equipment, and fill electric equipment with SF6 gas, and recover SF6 gas from use or test equipment, then fill to storage tank after purifying and compressing.
The recovery device is suitable for SF6 electrical appliance and GIS combined electrical apparatus. The gas recovery unit of SF6 is manufactured on the basis of the standard of DL/T662-2009 "SF6 gas filling and recovery device", which consists of recovery system, and inflating system, vacuum system, purification system and gas storage system.
2. Main Function
● Vacuumize and check vacuum pressure for retrieving device itself including its storing vessel and pipes;
● Vacuumize and check vacuum pressure for the insulation equipment;
● Retrieve and store SF6 gas and check the remaining vacuum pressure of the insulation equipment;
● Get rid of water content and other particulates in the SF6gas with filtration and purification process;
● Refill up the SF6 gas into the insulating equipment to specified operating pressure.
