1. Introduction & Application
BS-H Transformer capacity load and no-load tester is a high precision instrument developed by FUOOTECH for measuring transformer capacity, no-load, load and zero sequence impedance parameters. It can accurately measure a series of parameters such as no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit loss, impedance voltage, harmonic content and distortion rate of various transformers.
With small volume, light weight, accurate measurement, excellent performance, easy operation, it can completely replace old method that measure the transformer loss and capacity through multi tables, easy to wire and convenient for test and record, which improve work efficiency greatly. Use LCD with big screen as display window, equipped with graphical menu with instruction and displaying multi parameters on one interface, make human-computer friendly, easy and quick to operate. It is the preferred product for power users in all levels.
2. Main Features
1). Can measure the capacity of all kinds of transformer accurately. Passive measurement, convenient and accurate.
2). With internal power supply, generate three phases power automatically.
3). Can test the no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit voltage, short-circuit loss of all kinds of transformer.
4). Can judge the model of tested transformer exactly through no-load test, including S7,S9,S11,S13,S15,SCB9,SCB10,SCB11 and other models
5). Can automatically adjust the waveform distortion, temperature(offer two ways of simply temperature adjustment and additional loss adjustment), voltage adjustment(no-load test under not rated voltage), current adjustment(short circuit test under not rated current). It is very suitable for the department without the test condition for the test of high capacity short circuit.
6). Can test the harmonic content and total harmonic distortion of voltage and current.
7). Can analyze simple vector and draw vector diagram.
8). indicate the waveform diagram of each electrical parameter, used as oscilloscope.
9). Test voltage can be reach Max 750V, can make sure the test accuracy without changing gear, which protect equipment from damage due to choose wrong voltage gear.
10). Capacity test range: 20kVA～100000kVA.
11). With the function of indicating battery remaining capacity (%), not only simple lack of electric alarm.
12). Equipped with big screen and high light color LCD, friendly human-computer interface with operation instruction. It has conductive silicone touch keyboard, make it easy to operation and keyboard more durable.
13). User can print the test data in real time through microcomputer.
14). Can save 200 groups test data.
