1. Introduction and Application

FUOOTECH® launched the Series TYD Vacuum Lubricating Oily Water Separation & Filtration System, which is designed based on Series LOP, specially for handling the oils which contains too much percentage of water.

Water continousely enter into the oil while it's in use easily pollutes the oil. These oils include but not limited to: turbine oil, hydraulic oil, refrigerating oil with high water content and other lubricating oils that need to remove a lot of water and with serious emulsification.

Series TYD Oil Water Separation System has perfect capability of removing impurities, gas, water (large water content eg. more than 1 ~ 20%) and doing deep precision filtering. It can improve properties of lubricating oil, such as viscosity and flash point. After treatment by this oil filtration system, the oil can be reused in various industrial equipment and reduce ecological disposal problems.

Series TYD high vacuum oil water separation system is deemed to be a necessity to remove the free water, emulsion, impurities, gas and other harmful components in the oil. This plant can run online with the lubrication system for a long time. And It can also increase the new oil's quality and purity so as to ensures the normal operation of the steam turbine unit, hydraulic system, power system, and lubrication system.

1). Unique Cyclone dehydration system, high effectively removing the free water from oil .

2). Adopt the polymer inorganic fiber demulsification material combined with Coalescence and separation system, fastly and thoroughly breaking emusification, separate the emulsified water from oil.

3). Removal of trace water and dissolved water relies on the special kidney analysis system, atomization generation system and the three-dimensional evaporation system.

4). Adopt the inverted tower type condensation and tube type condensation technology in the vessel to quickly condense and collect the liquid water.

5). Choose non-rotary vane liquid-circulation vacuum pump, so as to protect the pumps away from pollutions by water under high water content conditions, increasing the service life of the vacuum pump, and ensure the normal and safe operation of the equipment.

5). High quality progressive filtering system, large capacity for holding particles, anti-corrosion, good mechanical performance, long lifetime.

6). It is equipped with pressure protection, automatic temperature control and heating, and automatic water drainage during in-line operation, simple operation, safe and reliable operation.

1) According to user needs, PLC intelligent controller, touch screen, and frequency converter device (VFD) are optional;

2) According to the needs of the use environment, a conventional electrical control system and an explosion-proof (ExdIIBT4 or ExdIICT4) electrical control system are avaible to select;

3) The tanks, vessels, chambers, and pipeline can be made of ordinary carbon steel and stainless steel materials for selection;

4) According to the needs of working sites, equipment is provided with mobile, fixed, fully enclosed, and open types for selection.
