The oil used for lubrication system of turbine generators need maintenance and treatment because it may be mixed with air, water and impurities. Otherwise, it will speed up oil quality turning bad or break down the adjuster and protection system, damage the plain journal bearing, and influence the whole machine running.

Our Series FTY vacuum turbine lube oil Filtration & Dehydration Machine is specially designed for purifying various unqualified turbine oil (such as ISO – VG – 46, 32, 68, etc.) from steam turbine system, gas turbine system & Fans, especially for serious emulsion turbine oil, it can quickly and efficiently break emulsification, separate water, gas, particles from oil. After a certain period of running, the machine should be checked to see whether:

1) The electrical control system is safe and reliable;

2) The temperature controller is sensitive, reliable and accurate;

3) Oil seals of the pump shaft are broken with leakage;

4) There is any blockage with the running system and any abnormal noise with pumps or related motors;

5) There is any air or oil leakage with the oil running system and at sealing joints.

If the machine will not be used over one month, place the machine in a dry environment with the panel door and all valves closed, and the machine proper protected by a covering.
