1. Introduction

Series ZYD-D Double Stage Vacuum & Double Stage Chambers Type Transformer Oil Purification Machine is developed based on Series ZYD, which mainly satisfy some clients who want the highest special transformer oil's quality even higher than new oil's quality.

It is mainly for treating & regenerating the used and new transformer oil, mutual oil, and switch oil, which power transformers are above 110 kV in the big power station and power transmission station.

The oil's quality after purified by Series ZYD-D is equal or higher than new oil's quality, which can be used directly into transformers.

This oil degassing system is equipped with two stages of vacuum degassing and dehydration chambers which is capable of removing large portion of water content and gas/air content from the oil. It's two times than normal one stage vacuum chamber.

1) With two stage vacuum chambers, shorten evaporation time, increase dehydration and degassing time.

2) The ultimate vacuum degree can reach 10Pa.

3) The filling materials in the vacuum separate tank, which expand 720times of the evaporation area. It can get higher water clean in shorter time and evaporate the water enough.

4) Oil breakdown voltage is larger than 75KV, and it can reach 80KV.
