1. Introduction and Application

Series ZYD-U Ultra High Voltage Vacuum Transformer Oil Treatment Equipment developed by FUOOTECH Group in 2006 is specially designed for the filtration, dehydration and degasification of the insulating oils including transformer oils, polybutene and silicone fluids in the ultra high voltage electrical equipments.

Ultra High Voltage (UHV) Grid is named as "Electrical High Way" which features big capacity, long distance and low loss. There are 500kV AC, 750kV AC, 1000kV AC, ±660kv DC, ±880kV DC, etc… Considering ensuring its ultra high safety, it has extremely requirements on insulating oils using in the transformer, mutual inductor, and reactor.

Series ZYD-U extra high voltage (EHV) transformer oil purification machine is very powerful in abilities of vacuum degassing, dehydration and filtration for insulating oil or transformer oil. It applies to on-site transformer maintenance and deep purification of new transformer oil, imported transformer oil oil, mutual inductor oil and ultra high voltage transformer oil. It can also be used for transformer oil vacuum filling and vacuum drying operation.

2. Main Functions and Performance

1) Fast vacuum dehydration, degassing and particles removal

2) Suitable for construction, installation, maintenance and on-site inspection of large power transmission and transformation equipment.

3) Used for the deep purification of oil products from capacitors, transformers, and ultra-high voltage transformers.

4) Used for the deep dehydration treatment of oil products that require very low moisture content such as refrigerating oil for air-conditioning compressors.

5) Has the function of oil filling and replenishing for the transformer.

6) Used for oil circulation and drying of transformers.

7) Avaible to proceed vacuum pumping and vacuum oil injecting for the transformer.

8) Due to the dual-stage high-vacuum design, it is more advantageous to use at high-altitude areas.

3). UK G technology is adopted to remove trace water, dissolved water effectively and thoroughly.

4). Filter rated up to 1 microns prevents particles from entering back into the transformer. Achieves better than NAS-6.

5). Maintains dissolved gases level, acidity level, TAN Delta, specific resistance, resistivity.

6). Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.

7). Online moisture PPM sensor (optional).

8). Mounted BDV test kit (optional).

9). Full laboratory option.

10). Commissioning and FAT on location optionally.
