The unique full-bridge rectification distillation technology newly developed by our company perfectly combines simple distillation with multi-stage differentiation, so as to grade and separate each component in the mixture to achieve the specified highest purity, forcing the gas and liquid in multi-stage distillation to reverse flow occurs in the catalytic system and form a vortex to enter into the fine-distillation tower, and then reuse the heat flow principle.
The components in the mixed gas and liquid have different distillation ranges. In the process of contact with each other, the light components and heavy components in the liquid phase are rectified, and the light components are generated into the gas. The heavy components in the gas phase generate the liquid phase, thereby achieving a steady flow process of the liquid mixture and achieving perfect separation. The gas is compressed and split, and then compressed and generated into liquefied petroleum gas to achieve full utilization of resources and achieve the highest level of zero environmental pollution.
