Anaerobic Pyrolysis Separation System of Hazardous Waste |
After distillation, the waste sludge residue is about 30% and the oil content is about 70%. This system can separates and distillate the 70% of the oil contents in such residues further, so the oil recovery/production rate is about 20% higher than that of competitors. The overall oil yield rate can reach up to 99%. (Based on an annual output of 10,000 tons, this system can distillate & refine an additional 2,000 tons of refined oil.) The remaining 30% solid residue can generate carbon powder after processed by this system safely at above 1200℃. The remaining 30% solid residue was regarded as hazardous waste disposal, which will incur large amount of disposal fees. |
