Main Reactor

Deeply crack and absolutely vaporize high-hydrocarbon materials to achieve a higher oil yield (eg. the vaporization temperature of petroleum rubber is 860℃);

Self-developed materials have a higher safety factor than other competitors, avoiding material softening, leakage, corrosion, etc. Other competitors mainly use the traditional materials such as hexadecanoic manganese, boiler steel, with a temperature resistance of at 400℃, but the final boiling point (FBP) of petroleum is normally 525℃. );

With anti-coking system to inhibit coking in the tank, reduce labor costs.

The main reactor coil is made of special self-developed materials and will never oxidize or fracture;

The working principles of the coil and the main reactor are well matched. They may work under 1000℃ for a long time and can be repeatedly installed and disassembled for maintenance (ordinary high-temperature wires and nickel-plated wires used by competitors cannot be repeatedly disassembled and maintained).

Heat Exchanger System

The potential non-condensable gas generated in the waste oil can be converted into heat energy by burning and fed back to the heat exchanger and then heat the waste oil again, save energy and reduce consumption.

Anaerobic Pyrolysis Separation System of Hazardous Waste

After distillation, the waste sludge residue is about 30% and the oil content is about 70%. This system can separates and distillate the 70% of the oil contents in such residues further, so the oil recovery/production rate is about 20% higher than that of competitors. The overall oil yield rate can reach up to 99%. (Based on an annual output of 10,000 tons, this system can distillate & refine an additional 2,000 tons of refined oil.)

The remaining 30% solid residue can generate carbon powder after processed by this system safely at above 1200℃.

The remaining 30% solid residue was regarded as hazardous waste disposal, which will incur large amount of disposal fees.
After installing this system, there will be no such expenses, and the hazardous waste are recycled and reused.

Residual oil recovery coking device

The residual oil can be burned and heated, and the remaining oil will be vaporized and sent to a heat exchanger for waste heat recovery, or it can be cooled and sent to a distillation tower for re-distillation.

The solid impurities remaining after burned can be sent to cement plants, brick factories, etc. for use as building materials after anaerobic solidification.

After purifying the wastewater, it can meet the direct discharge standards.

The non-condensable gas can be purified and collected and sent to a gas generator for use in power generation.
