ZYD-O Mobile Trailer Mounted and Fully Enclosed Type Double-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Treatment Plant is specially designed by FUOOTECH® for proceeding transformer maintenance works at outdoors according to client's actual field need.
ZYD-O vacuum oil filter machine enclosed in a canopy and mounted on a trailer can be easily moved to any work point for purifying insulating oils from transformer, cable, circuit breakers, capacitor, etc. located in fields.
This double stage vacuum transformer oil purifier has the excellent performance both in design and cost, as well as the high effeciency in vacuum dehydration, dagssing, particles removal, BDV increasing of transformer oil.
2. Why Purify Transformer Oil?
Transformer oil maintenance is the key to transformer reliability, performance and longevity. Your transformer's insulating oil should be free from moisture, dissolved gases and particles that accumulate as the oil ages.
Dissolved gasses in transformer oil will cause arcing, corona discharges, and overheating -- reducing the electrical efficiency and lifetime of the transformer. Likewise, water contamination at levels higher than 30 ppm (parts per million) can adversely affect the insulating strength of the oil. With ever-increasing standards for energy efficiency of power distribution transformers, the need to effective dehydration and degassification become more and more important in the future. Particles contamination will also affect the function of insulating oil. Therefore Transformer oil purification works are very important.
Even some new oils may also require the oil treatment so as to limit these contents to acceptable levels.

4. Working Principle
The to-be-purified oil is filtered for the elimination of Impurities after the oil flows into the coarse filter through the oil inlet valve, then heated by the heater up to certain temperature using the automatic constant-temperature digit-display temperature controller and transferred in the double-stage vacuum separating chamber. The burst and atomization of the heated oil through the atomization injector causes huge-area oil film in the double-stage high-efficiency separating tower. The water/air content is vaporized in extremely short time, which leads to the separation of oil from water and air: The isolated vapor and harmful gases enter into the condenser for the discharge of ice or water. The extracted oil liquid is then pumped by the special-purpose oil pump and transferred in the fine filters, where mechanical particles are eliminated. One-time cycle of purification shall be completed to meet the requirements of actual application.

1). One big vacuum chamber with two-stage vacuum-segregating space, it come into different pressure so as to keep oil line balance between two stages.
2). This oil treatment plant adopts vacuum-pump imported from Europe, which have preceding level in the world, with high pumping speed so as to get high working vacuity.
3). Advanced vacuum-segregating technology employs a particular stainless steel, foldable column for dehydration and degassing ,and enlarges the area of separating to facilate three-dimensional evaporation, so as to obtain enough time and space for degassing and achieve the best effect of separation.
4). Using new type of high density and indirect heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
5). Oil level control through photoelectric way (the main components is imported from Switzerland) and features a very sensitive precise control, solving the serious issue of oil spray due to lots of foams occus.
6). Personalized customized design, customers can require to choose their components are all or partialy imported.
7). Equips high precison filter elements imported from U.S.A., which has large filtering area, strongly absorbing-dirt capability, high filtering precision.
8). Durable oil pumps are air proofed by our factory, they are free from oil leakage, low operation noise, and long using life.
