1. Introduction and Application

COP-E Series cooking oil filtration and recycling machine is made of completely 304 stainless steel materials for food purpose.

It is effectively used for purifying used cooking oil, palm oil, vegetable oil, KFC oil, edible oil, rape oil, sesame oil, peanut oil, coconut oil, beam oil, kitchen oil, bio-diesel oil, plant oil, wood oil etc. This coconut oil purification system dewaters, deodorizes, and eliminates impurities highly effectively.

Normally the used cooking oil contains high content water, more acid matters, much impurity and offensive odor, this edible oil filter machine adopts plate pressure system and can separate the impurities and water from the oil quickly and effectively. Added two primary filters and fine filter, it can remove impurities thoroughly. And the machine adopts high vacuum system to dewater and deodorize. In addition, this machine uses stainless steel filter elements, which resists the acid in oil strongly. After the used cooking oil is recycled, it will become clear and fresh.

2. Main Components

1) Vacuum Dehydration and Degassing System (consists of vacuum pump, pipeline, vacuum separation chamber ).

2) Oil delivery system (consists of oil inlet, pipelines, oil discharge pump, outlet).

3) Multi-stage Filtration System (consists of filters and plate pressure filter device).

4) Heater System (consists of heater elements, temperature sensor and control system, digital temperature display meter).

5) Electrical Control System (consists of electrical wiring, contactors, switches, buttons, tubes, power line, etc.).

Q1. Does your oil filtration process use chemicals or additives?

FUOOTECH: No, it is pure -physical technology.

Q2. What is consumable?

FUOOTECH: There is no consumable except filters.

Q3. How often do clients need to change filters?

FUOOTECH: The replacement time of the filter is determined by the pollution degree of the oil. The mechanical impurity is less than 3%. Generally, the oil filtered by the filter is replaced once within 110 tons.
