Heavy Fuel Oil Centrifuging Oil Separator
FCF Series is a high-speed centrifugal separator intended for marine and land applications. It is specifically designed for cleaning of mineral oils from water and solid particles (sludge). The cleaned oil is discharged continuously, while the sludge is discharged at intervals.
FCF Series integrates the centrifugal separator, electrical control box, oil pump, heat system, heat exchanger, coarse filter, fine filter, etc. on a same skid base.

Heavy Fuel Oil Centrifuging Oil Separator Working Process Description :
After machine is started, oil pump pumps the waste oils into machine, coarse filter remove the big particles first; then oil enter into heater system and heat exchanger.
When the temperature reaches 95℃ or setting value (for HFO) , three-way valve is open and switching to centrifuges, oil starts enter into centrifuges to separate the large quantity of water and particles inside by the strong centrifuge forces.
After that, water and particles are drained into discharge tank, clean oil flows into the fine filter to remove tiny impurities. Finally, clean oil is obtained from oil output.
