How the product works
When the hydraulic oil purifier is working, the polluted oil enters the heater through the inlet under the action of vacuum suction under the external atmospheric pressure, and the heated oil enters the primary filter, and the large particles of impurities are filtered out, and then the oil enters the vacuum separator and flows through the Special diffuser. The diffuser produces a large surface area per unit volume of oil, exposing the contaminated oil to an atmosphere of very low relative humidity, thereby removing water, air and gases from the oil. The mixed gas formed by the evaporated water vapor and gas is condensed into liquid through the water tank and cooler, and enters the water storage together, and the remaining gas is vacuumed out. The oil from which water has been removed is sent to the fine filter by the oil discharge pump to remove particulate impurities, which is purified oil. After a purification process is completed, depending on the water content, it takes multiple cycles to completely remove water.
