80KV 100KV FOT-I Series Automatic Transformer Oil BDV Testing Machine

▅ Introduction & Application

The fully automatic insulating oil dielectric strength testing machine, also known as oil breakdown voltage tester or oil BDV tester, can test up to 80kV and 100kV.

Breakdown voltage is measured by observing at what voltage a spark string occurs between two electrodes immersed in oil and separated by a specific gap. A low BDV value indicates the presence of moisture content and conductive substances in the oil.

In this test kit, the oil is held in a pot to which is fixed a pair of electrodes with a 2.5 mm gap between them.

FOT-I series automatic transformer oil breakdown voltage tester is easy to operate and beautiful in appearance. It adopts fully automatic digital computer control, so the measurement accuracy is very high, the anti-interference ability is strong, and it is very safe and reliable.

3) The oil cup of the instrument is made of special glass, which is cast in one time to prevent the occurrence of oil leakage and other interference phenomena

4) The special high voltage terminal sampling design of the instrument go directly A/D converter avoid the error caused in analog circuit ,and then the measurement result is more accurate.

5) This test instrument has the protection of over current, over voltage, short circuit and other functions, and has a strong anti-interference ability, good electromagnetic compatibility.

6) Portable structure, easy to move, indoor and outdoor use is very convenient.

7) Large-screen LCD with a backlight system inside, which can be clearly seen even at night.
