Automatic Engine Coolant Freezing Point Tester

This Automatic Engine Coolant Freezing Point Tester is automatically controlled by an industrial computer. It is simple to operate, automatically controlling, detecting, and calculating results. It automatically stops at the end of the test, and the software displays the time-temperature curve. The testing principle involves taking 75-100 ml of sample, injecting it into a test tube, placing the test tube in a cold bath for cooling, recording the sample temperature every minute, and plotting the time-temperature curve. The projection of the intersection of the cooling curve and the crystallization curve onto the vertical axis is the freezing point of the sample .

 

The engine coolant freezing point tester consists of five parts: a bath cooling system, a bath heating system, a motor stirring system, a color touchscreen human-machine interface system, and a USB data transmission system. The instrument's bath uses alcohol as the coolant, employs a compressor for cooling, and utilizes dual-mechanism refrigeration technology to cover the freezing point of all engine coolants. After measurement, the built-in heating system in the bath can quickly raise the temperature to room temperature ( 20 °C).

The automatic engine coolant freezing point tester features a built-in color touchscreen that displays the temperature curve of the sample, as well as the temperature of the sample and the bath in real time. Users can set the expected freezing point, modify the instrument time, calibrate the bath temperature, and check various parts of the self-test system in real time. The instrument can store test results and uses an embedded system design, allowing users to view historical data.
