TS-3000 UV Fluorescence Sulfur Analyzer adopts the UV fluorescence method to measure the sulfur, when the sample is introduced into the
high-temperature cracking furnace, the sample undergoes a cracking and oxidation reaction, and the sulfide therein is quantitatively converted into
sulfur dioxide. The carrier gas passes through a membrane dryer to remove the water therein and enters the reaction chamber. The sulfur dioxide
absorbs the energy of ultraviolet light and is converted into excited sulfur dioxide (SO2). When SO2 returns to a stable state of sulfur dioxide, it emits
fluorescence. The released energy is received by a photomultiplier tube, amplified by a microcurrent amplifier, and processed by a computer. The
luminescence intensity in the reaction is proportional to the amount of sulfur dioxide generated, and the amount of sulfur dioxide is proportional
to the total sulfur content in the sample. The total sulfur content in the sample is determined by measuring the luminescence intensity.
