LOP stands for Lubricating Oil Purifier, a universal vacuum oil treatment machine developed by FUOOTECH. LOP Vacuum Lubricating Oil Purifier is a skid-mounted all-in-one purification unit combining coalescence demulsification, constant temperature heating, high vacuum degassing/dehydration and multi-stage precision filtration. It is designed to restore various contaminated industrial lubricants, hydraulic oil and turbine oil by removing water, air, solid particles and slight oxidation pollutants.
Complete Working Principle
1. Primary Coarse Filtration
Large rust, welding slag and metal wear debris are trapped to protect internal vacuum and filter core components.
2. Coalescence Demulsification
Polymer coalescing cartridges break oil-water emulsion; tiny water droplets aggregate into large drops and sink for preliminary water separation.
3.v Constant Temperature Heating (40–80℃)
Controllable heating reduces oil viscosity, accelerates evaporation of trace dissolved water and micro gas bubbles.
4. Double-Stage 3D Vacuum Evaporation Tank
Under high negative pressure (-0.065 ~ -0.096 MPa), heated oil spreads into ultra-thin film. Dissolved water, air, volatile gas are fully vaporized, condensed and collected in the water tank with auto drainage function.
5. Multi-stage Fine Filtration
Deep filter cartridges (1–3μm) intercept fine particles, recovering oil cleanliness up to NAS 6 Grade. Optional adsorbent tank can remove mild acid and discoloration for slightly aged oil.
