Maintenance and precautions for PL series plate and frame oil purifier:
1. Always keep the machine clean.
2. The filter plate and filter frame are made of cast iron. Please handle it with care when using it, otherwise it may be damaged or bruised and deformed.
3. When pushing the oil filter, do not drive it too fast to avoid damaging the equipment due to violent impact on the machine.
4. Lubricating oil should be added frequently to the compression screw nut.
5. When using the oil purifier, the motor shell should be electrically grounded to prevent accidents caused by poor motor insulation.
6. The connecting bolts of each bracket of the motor should be checked frequently to prevent loosening.
7. If it is found that the filter oil volume is insufficient, you can check the following five aspects:
(1) There is air leakage in the suction pipe, rough filter, oil inlet valve and joints.
(2) The suction pipe is too long (generally no more than 5 meters) or the pipe diameter does not meet the regulations.
(3) Whether the oil inlet pipe and coarse filter screen are blocked.
(4) Whether the suction pipe is equipped with other accessories, causing excessive resistance.
(5) Gear pump, safety valve is loose or not tight.
