1. In use of the equipment:
a. If the oil intake is too fast, the oil inlet valve [door] can be adjusted to control.
b. If the oil output is too fast, the internal circulation valve can be adjusted to control.
2. The oil outlet valve must not be closed during the operation of the equipment (when using and not using the plate and frame, it is necessary to give priority to ensuring that an oil outlet path is smooth)
3. Turn on the heating at the end of the start-up operation, and turn off the heating first in the shutdown operation.
4. When the foam of the vacuum tank exceeds the glass mirror, the air relief valve on the vacuum tank can be slightly opened to eliminate the foam (the instrument pointer points to the 0.08 position is more appropriate) to avoid foam entering the air path.
5. Do not insert the oil inlet pipe into the bottom of the oil drum to pump oil, so as to avoid blocking the oil circuit of the equipment with impurities such as oil sludge at the beginning.
6. When the oil is too dirty, the internal circulation valve can be opened a little to reduce the pressure of the fine filter.
7. Use plate frame: high precision and characteristics of filter paper should be paid attention to
a. If the oil contains too much water, it is recommended to pre-filter it with vacuum several times, and then use the plate and frame filter after the more water in the oil is removed to avoid a large amount of water dissolving the filter paper.
b. If the viscosity of the oil is too high, it is recommended to use the plate frame after heating the oil temperature to more than 50 degrees to increase the oil passability.
c. Pay attention to the oil in the plate and frame frame after more than half of the frame needs to be discharged to avoid oil overflow.
