Why Need Pump the Air from Vacuum Chamber by Vacuum Pump?

It can be used for on-site hot oil circulation drying of the above-mentioned equipment, especially suitable for oil-immersed current and voltage transformers and oil-free circuit breakers. This machine can be used for on-site vacuum oil filling, oil replenishment and equipment vacuuming of sealed oil-immersed equipment. This machine can also be used for the regeneration and purification of slightly degraded transformer oil, so that its performance can reach the standard of qualified oil.


The basic working principle of the vacuum oil filtration system: it is designed according to the different boiling point of water and oil, consisting of vacuum separation chamber, fine filter, condenser, primary filter, secondary filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil pump and electrical cabinet.


The air in the tanks is drawn out to form a vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the external oil enters the primary filter through the oil inlet hose to remove larger particles, and then enters the heating chamber. After heating, the 40~70℃ oil flows to vacuum separation chamber and separated into semi-mist by the rapid rotation of the jet wing, the moisture in the oil is quickly evaporated into steam, and the steam is continuously sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The water vapor entering the condenser is cooled, and then returned to the raw water for discharge. The oil in the vacuum heating chamber is discharged into the secondary filter and fine filter by the oil pump, more impurities are filtered out. At last, clean oil is discharged from the oil outlet .
