Introduction
The PCS Series Coalescence Separation Oil Filtration Machine integrates advanced "coalescing separation" dehydration technology with "precision filtration" technology, effectively removing emulsified water, free water and particulate impurities from the oil.
PCS is widely applicable to the dehydration, impurity removal and purification treatment of light fuel oil with high water content (such as light diesel oil, gasoline, kerosene, etc.), turbine oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, and low-viscosity and low-flash point oil.
Advantages
1. Break all the oil-water emulsification structures in the medium.
2. Remove free water from the medium. The free water content of the treated medium is less than 100 PPM, and at the limit, it can be lower than 80PPM.
3. Filter out solid particles in the medium. The cleanliness of the oil can be controlled to reach NAS level 6 or higher.
