Recently, FUOOTECH factory has completed the inspection and shipment of the COP‑10 cooking oil recycling machine for our valued customer. Every detail has been carefully handled by our production, quality‑control and logistics teams to ensure smooth and safe delivery.
The COP‑10 unit is designed for pre‑treatment of biodiesel production. It features multi‑stage stainless‑steel filtration, vacuum low‑temperature dehydration and degassing, and interlocked safety protection systems. Capable of 600 L/h processing flow, this model efficiently removes particles, free water and emulsified moisture from waste cooking oil, trench oil and palm oil, delivering treated oil with moisture ≤80 PPM and filtration precision down to 5 microns.
Before dispatch, our technicians carried out full‑function testing, component checking and appearance examination. Critical assemblies are well secured against vibration and bumpy transit. Strict packaging measures are adopted to protect stainless‑steel filter elements, heating modules and electrical control cabinet from dust and possible damage during transportation.
From factory assembly to final loading, our team keeps high standards in every procedure.
