FUOOTECH team recently carried out a full factory trial test on the VPS-300 Transformer Vacuum Pumping System (300m³/h) before delivery. The equipment is specially developed for transformer manufacturing, on-site installation and maintenance, used for transformer tank evacuation, moisture removal and degassing to guarantee insulation performance.
During the test, our engineers ran continuous trial operation, inspecting pumping speed, ultimate vacuum, leakage rate, vibration, noise and PLC automatic control functions. All key parameters passed inspection and fully meet the technical requirements from the customer. This double-stage vacuum system features fast evacuation, stable vacuum holding and reliable interlock protection, widely favored by power contractors and transformer manufacturers worldwide.
The successful factory test confirms stable performance of VPS-300.
