Recently, FUOOTECH Oil Filtration Group launched the upgraded LOP Series vacuum lubricating oil filtration system, specially designed for regeneration of all mineral industrial lubricants. It is compatible with engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, turbine oil, quenching oil and more, widely applied in mining, metallurgy, power, machinery manufacturing and railway sectors.
Equipped with duplex 3D stereo evaporation dehydration system and multi-stage stainless steel filters (80μm coarse, 20μm medium, 3μm fine), the unit fully removes metal particles, carbon sludge and gum. Adopting high-molecular demulsification material, it eliminates 100% free water and 99% dissolved emulsified water, limiting residual moisture below 100 ppm with oil cleanliness reaching NAS Grade 5.
Stepwise temperature control (20–80℃) prevents oil deterioration from overheating. Dual infrared liquid level interlock and pressure auto-shutdown enable 150-hour unattended continuous operation with low maintenance. Fitted with SIEMENS and Schneider key components, the machine restores oil viscosity and flash point for unlimited recycling, cutting new oil purchase and waste disposal costs.
