The complete testing procedure was executed by our professional R&D and quality‑control engineering team, strictly complying with internal technical specifications and international industry standards for oil purification equipment.
During continuous trial operation, the LOP‑30 delivered stable performance across core functions including high‑efficiency demulsification, vacuum dehydration, degassing and multi‑stage particle removal. Leveraging duplex 3D‑stereo evaporation technology and H.P.M high‑molecule demulsification material, the unit effectively removes free water, dissolved water, gas and solid contaminants from hydraulic oil, gear oil and other industrial lubricants.
All key performance indicators such as vacuum degree, filtration precision and interlock safety protection fully met the designed requirements.
This successful commissioning demonstrates Fuootech's solid technical capability and rigorous quality assurance workflow.
