23rd Oct 2026 - Fuootch' QC team is conducting the product inspection of LOP vacuum lube oil purifier, which will be packaged and delivered next week.
LOP stands for Lube Oil Purifier. Built around vacuum dehydration, coalescence separation and multi-stage precision filtration, the LOP machine targets contaminated hydraulic oil, turbine lube oil, gear oil and circulating lubricants. It removes free water, dissolved moisture, solid particulate contaminants and entrained air/gas from in-service oil, restoring key oil parameters including viscosity, flash point and cleanliness, so the treated oil can return to service instead of being drained and replaced.
Unlike transformer-focused ZYD oil purifiers, the LOP series is optimized for general lubrication and hydraulic oils of medium-to-high viscosity grades such as 32#, 46#, 68#, 100# and 220# cSt. Standard flow options cover 600 LPH up to 18,000 LPH, with explosion-proof (LOP-Ex) variants available for hazardous zones in petrochemical and refinery projects.
Industry analysts expect the market for lubricant purification equipment to keep expanding, as industrial operators tighten controls on waste oil discharge and seek alternatives to expensive bulk lube oil supply. The LOP series will remain a mainstream workhorse for routine oil conditioning, complementing high-grade transformer oil treatment systems for power asset maintenance.
