LWB-6 Oil Particle Tester will be packaged and delivered today. The sales team takes actual product photos and videos for customers to ensure a complete and error-free shipment.
The LWB-6 Oil Particle Tester (also called a portable particle counter) is a light‑duty, field‑ready instrument made by LUWATECH (FUOOTECH Group) for quickly measuring solid particle contamination in hydraulic, lubricating, turbine, and transformer oils.
It uses the light‑blocking (photoresist) method:
1. A semiconductor laser shines through a fine oil flow.
2. Solid particles cast shadows; the sensor counts pulses and sizes particles.
3. Results are calculated into standard cleanliness grades (ISO/NAS).
Main Features:
1. Portable & rugged: Hard carrying case for on‑site testing (no lab needed).
2. Multi‑standard output: One test gives ISO 4406, NAS 1638, SAE 4059 results.
3. High viscosity ready: Handles 46/68 cSt oils directly; optional pressure chamber for up to 350 cSt.
4. Auto flush: Prevents cross‑contamination between samples.
Optional extras: Water content (1–360 ppm) and temperature modules.

Typical Applications:
1. Hydraulic systems: Verify cleanliness after flushing (e.g., FT‑FL large‑flow flushing systems).
2. Power plants: Monitor 46 cSt turbine oil for bearing protection.
3. ** Petrochemical**: Check 68 cSt hydraulic and compressor oils.
4. Marine & heavy machinery: On‑board lubricant quality checks.
Testing standards and results:
The instrument has built-in standards for particle contamination levels such as 1SO4406, NAS1638,SAE4095,GJB420A,GJB420B,OCT17216, GB/14039. The cleanliness level of the measured sample can be given according to the corresponding standard. The display can show the particle size value, count value, level and other information of the corresponding test standard; the printer can print out the test results: including sample name, test standard, date, time, particle size value, count value, average value, level and other information.
