On April 30th, Fuootech's QC team is conducting pre-shipment checks on the PO Portable Oil Purifier. The PO will be packaged and shipped to Guangzhou today.
The PO Portable Oil Filter Unit is a compact, mobile, multi-stage filtration system designed by FUOOTECH for on-site purification and transfer of industrial oils (transformer insulating oil, turbine oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil). It targets solid particle removal and basic cleanliness improvement, serving as a cost-effective alternative to traditional filter presses.
Working Principle
Oil is drawn from the source → suction strainer → gear pump → sequential coarse/fine filters → clean oil discharge. The process is ambient-temperature, physical filtration only (no water/gas removal).

Key Portability: Small, lightweight (~50–150 kg), no fixed installation; ideal for field/indoor use.
High Precision: Removes 1–100 μm solid particles; output cleanliness: ≤3 μm, NAS 1638 Grade 5.
Cost-Effective: No filter paper (reusable/cleanable cartridges); low maintenance, long service life.
Versatility: Compatible with insulating oil, hydraulic oil, lube oil, turbine oil; works as standalone or bypass filter for active systems.
