Single-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Machine is a piece of electrical insulation oil treatment equipment, designed to remove water, gas, particulate impurities, and acidic substances from used or deteriorated transformer oil, insulating oil, and switch oil. It adopts a single vacuum chamber and single-stage dehydration & degassing system, making it compact, economical, and suitable for on-site and routine oil treatment.
Working Principle
The oilis injected in the primary fiter through ollinlet valve, when the oil purifer starts working. The big impurities are eliminated, and the oilincluding partides released into vacuum tank after heating. Under the low vacuum pressure and deaeration element, the vapor s separatedfrom oil and vaporized quicky then condensate into water by cooler or drained away by vacuum system. The oil without any water istransferred into secondary filter and precision filter through oil pump then is eliminated all impuritiesFinally, clean oil goes out through the oil outlet.
