1. The pump cannot be reversed when the oil filter is started, so as not to blow out the shaft seal of the oil suction pump and cause air to be sucked in.
2. The exhaust valve should be opened in time when the air is sucked in by the oil filter, and the exhaust valve should be closed in time after the air is drained.
3. The sound of the pump becomes louder during the oil suction process, and the oil suction is not smooth. Please consider whether the rough filter before the pump is clogged, and take it out in time for cleaning before use.
4. When the oil filter is applied to a certain degree, the filter element inside will accumulate dirt, the pressure difference will increase, and the filtering capacity will decrease. When the pressure difference reaches 035Mpa, the filter element needs to be replaced.
5. If there is a problem with the operation of the oil filter or the filtering effect is not as good as the ideal effect, please contact the manufacturer in time for adjustment.
6. When purifying contaminated oil, the temperature must be controlled below 70 degrees. If the oil temperature is too high, the operation of the machine can be terminated, or cooling water may be used directly.
7. When working on the oil filter, remember to open the distribution box for maintenance to avoid electric shock. After the oil purifier stops working, it is necessary to make a record of the related system and equipment operation, to prevent moisture and rain, and to keep the oil purifier properly.
8. When you work in winter, pipelines, vacuum tanks and other components should adopt thermal insulation measures. When filtering oil in substations, you must also comply with the relevant provisions in the electrical safety work regulations issued by the power industry.
