Refers to the lubricating oil mixed with water, gas, mechanical impurities and other pollutants, resulting in the unqualified performance of the lubricating oil; but the composition of the lubricating oil has not changed, and it has not deteriorated. At this time, the lubricating oil is dehydrated, degassed, and impurity removed, which can restore the quality and performance of the lubricating oil. This is the repurification of contaminated lubricating oil. Most of the existing vacuum oil purifiers are re-purification vacuum oil purifiers designed for contaminated lubricating oil, but the oil purifying capacity and adaptability of various vacuum oil purifiers are different and need to be used differently. Re-purification vacuum oil filter is a tool for maintenance of lubricating oil system of various equipment.
3. Refining. Refers to the lubricating oil that has turned red and black, and has begun to deteriorate, but the corresponding aging index is not too large. A re-refined vacuum oil filter can be used to filter out the aging and deteriorating components in the oil to restore various performance indicators of the lubricating oil. Since the re-refined vacuum oil filter can directly restore the performance of the used lubricating oil, it has intuitive economic benefits; and it can also be used to prevent the aging and deterioration of the lubricating oil for preventive purification, so although the re-refined vacuum oil filter is more expensive to use It is still widely used and has similar functions to the vacuum oil filter of steam turbine (turbine oil).
