Product Overview

 

GC-2010SD is a professional gas chromatography DGA tester developed by FUOOTECH, specially designed for detecting dissolved fault gases in transformer insulating oil. It has two configurable versions:

7-gas standard model: Detects 7 core fault gases: H₂, CH₄, C₂H₆, C₂H₄, C₂H₂, CO, CO₂ (basic power station routine testing)
9-gas upgraded model: Adds O₂, N₂ on the basis of 7 gases, fully compliant with IEC & national standards for ultra-high voltage transformer full-condition diagnosis

Core Hardware System

Adopts double-column parallel shunt separation structure, equipped with complete multi-detector configuration for one-time injection full gas analysis:

1. TCD (Thermal Conductivity Detector)
Detect inorganic permanent gases: H₂, O₂, N₂, minimum detection limit H₂<2ppm
2. Dual FID (Flame Ionization Detector) + Methane conversion furnace
Separate detection of hydrocarbon gases (CH₄, C₂H₂, C₂H₄, C₂H₆), CO & CO₂; eliminate cross-interference between high-concentration carbon oxides and trace alkynes
3. Multi-channel independent temperature control system
8 temperature control zones (column oven, dual FID chambers, conversion furnace, sample inlet, etc.), temp range RT+5℃ ~ 450℃, control precision ±0.1℃
4. Automatic gas extraction unit
Matches standard oil sampling syringes, vacuum headspace extraction to fully release dissolved gas from oil samples
