1. After the oil filter has been working for a period of time, some impurities will remain in the fine filter. At this time, the oil intake will decrease or the oil will not enter. It can also be reflected by a pressure gauge, which can be used in a vacuum separator. The oil is backwashed.
2. Connect the single pump oil inlet to the oil pipe and extend it into the oil pipe for operation; first adjust the valve (open the backwash valve and the single pump valve in the flow chart; close the water diversion inlet valve and pipeline valve in the flow chart )); forming the flow path of the oil: oil in the vacuum separator-oil pump-fine filter-oil
3. Connect the oil drain at the bottom of the fine filter to the oil pipe and open the oil drain valve.
4. Use pulse to start the oil pump (that is, open and close the oil pump intermittently) to flush the fine filter
5. After precipitation, the oil can be filled with oil backwashed by the fine filter. After extraction and reuse, the residue below can be removed.
